What’s included with my mockup purchase?

Each download includes a PSD file with smart object layers, a high-resolution JPEG preview, easy-to-follow instructions, and a license matching your purchase (Personal, Commercial, or Commercial+). Everything arrives instantly after checkout.
How will I receive my files?

Once your payment is complete, you’ll see a download link on the checkout page. You’ll also receive an email with a secure link in case you miss it — so don’t worry if you close your browser too soon.
What software do I need to use Folyo Mockups?

All of our mockups are made for Adobe Photoshop and include fully editable smart object layers. You’ll need Photoshop to open and customize them.
Can I change the lighting, shadows, or colors?

Yes — most mockups include built-in highlight and shadow layers. You can also add your own adjustment layers to tweak lighting or tone. Many mockups allow color changes to props or backgrounds through the provided smart objects.
Are the mockups high-resolution?

Absolutely. Every file is created at 300 DPI and suitable for both print and digital use.
What are the license options?

We offer three simple license types:

  • Personal License – For personal or educational use only.
  • Commercial License – For one commercial project or client.
  • Commercial+ License – For unlimited client and business use.

Each mockup folder includes a copy of your license for clarity.
Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes — if you need to expand usage, simply repurchase the mockup under the correct license. Each license type is available directly on the product page.
Can I use Folyo Mockups in Canva or other design programs?

No — our mockups are designed specifically for Adobe Photoshop. Other programs won’t support smart object functionality.
What’s your refund policy?

We only process refunds for valid reasons. Refunds are available if the product file is proven defective or if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase.

Because our products are digital, we can’t issue refunds for incorrect license selections or change of mind.
What if my download doesn’t work?

First, check your email for the automatic download link. If you still can’t access your files, reach out to howdy@folyo.design with your order number — we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.
Can I share, resell, or distribute your mockups?

No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of Folyo Mockups files (in whole or part) is strictly prohibited. Each license is for a single user only.
Can I collaborate with Folyo Mockups or submit my own mockups?

We’re always open to creative partnerships. If you’re a photographer, designer, or brand interested in collaborating, email howdy@folyo.design with your portfolio and a short introduction.
