You agree to abide by the terms of the applicable license.

Ownership and copyright remain with Folyo LLC.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other authorized processors (including Etsy and Gumroad where applicable). We never store your credit card information.

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to processing refunds for valid and justifiable reasons.
As an online seller, we comply with consumer protection laws and ensure our refund policy aligns with these regulations.

  • Or the purchase must have been made in duplicate by mistake.

All digital assets remain the property of Folyo LLC, operating as Folyo Mockups.
Unauthorized use, redistribution, or resale of our products is prohibited and may result in termination of your license and legal action.

We take misuse seriously and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies if our work is used outside the scope of your purchased license.

Folyo Mockups is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. All products are provided “as is.”
