Personal

What this license is

This is a personal-use license. It gives you permission to use our mockups for your own creative projects — but not for commercial work, clients, or resale. You’re licensing the right to use the files, not buying ownership of them.

What you can do
  • Use the mockup in personal, educational, or portfolio projects.
  • Edit or modify it for your own non-commercial use.
  • Post your personal results on your social media or portfolio.
What you can’t do
  • Use it for any paid, business, or client project.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute the files to anyone else.
  • Include it in templates, apps, or products that you sell or give away.
  • Claim the mockup or any part of it as your own creation.
Ownership

All mockups and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Folyo Mockups. You’re granted limited usage rights under this license, not ownership or copyright.

Termination

If you break the rules, your license ends automatically. When that happens, you must delete all copies of the mockup.

Legal stuff

These files are provided “as is.” Folyo Mockups isn’t responsible for any issues that result from using them.

This agreement follows the laws of Washington State, USA.
Commercial

What this license is

This license lets you use our mockups for one commercial project — whether that’s for a client, a brand, or your own business.

What you can do
  • Use the mockup in one (1) commercial project for one brand or client.
  • Modify and edit it to fit your design.
  • Use it in digital or print marketing (ads, social media, websites, packaging, etc.).
  • Showcase it in your portfolio or presentations.
What you can’t do
  • Use the same mockup for multiple clients or brands.
  • Resell, share, or distribute the original file or any editable version.
  • Include it in a template, UI kit, theme, or system that’s for sale.
  • Claim ownership or offer the mockup as part of your own product.
  • Use it in any illegal, defamatory, or obscene context.
Ownership

All rights remain with Folyo Mockups. You’re receiving a limited right to use the mockup, not to own or resell it.

Termination

If you breach this license, your usage rights are immediately revoked, and you must stop using and delete all copies of the mockup.

Legal stuff

The mockups are provided “as is” without warranties. Folyo Mockups is not responsible for any loss or damage from use.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.

What this license is

This is our most flexible license. It’s made for agencies, established businesses, and designers who use our mockups regularly across multiple clients and commercial projects.

What you can do
  • Use the mockup in unlimited commercial projects and for multiple clients or brands.
  • Modify, combine, and adapt the mockup for packaging, merchandise, templates, or internal systems.
  • Use it in paid templates or design systems where the mockup is part of a larger design (not as the main product).
  • Use it in digital or print marketing, advertising, or mass production.
What you can’t do
  • Resell, share, or give away the mockup file as-is or with minor changes.
  • Upload or sell the mockup on any stock, asset, or marketplace platform.
  • Train AI models, design tools, or generators using the mockup or derivative works without written consent.
  • Claim copyright or ownership of the mockup itself.
Ownership

All Folyo Mockups assets remain the sole property of Folyo LLC. You’re granted broad usage rights under this license but no ownership or resale rights.

Termination

If you violate these terms, the license is automatically revoked, and all copies must be removed from your systems.

Legal stuff

The mockups are provided “as is.” Folyo Mockups isn’t liable for damages or misuse.
